Manila, Philippines - President Rodrigo Duterte is set to release to the public the alleged drug matrix inside the New Bilibid Prisons in Muntinlupa City.
This was the President’s promise during his visit at the wake of a police officer who was killed during an operation in Antipolo City.
According to the President, six to seven individuals are included in the drug matrix, which will show how illegal drugs operate inside the NBP.
President Duterte mentioned Sen. Leila De Lima and former Justice Usec. Francisco Baraan III are included in the drug matrix.
Aside from the two officials, a governor is also part of the matrix. When a reporter asked the President if the said governor has a sibling who is also in government, the President replied “bakit mo alam?” (How did you know?)
However, the President refused to name the other personalities included in the matrix as he will reveal the complete list today.
Meanwhile, President Digong mentioned that the new “boyfriend” of Sen. De Lima is an enforcer from the Metro Manila Development Authority, and his first name is “Warren.”
