The President’s visit to the scout rangers from the camp has been postponed because of zero visibility due to continuous rains.
This is the second time that the President’s visit to Camp Tecson has been postponed.
The first visit was scheduled last July 26, which was cancelled.
The scout rangers were disappointed after waiting for hours to see and witness the President speak in front of them.
