Gamiaw Weather: Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

Manila, Philippines - Monsoon rains will be experienced over the provinces of Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, Palawan and Mindoro. Occasional rains will prevail over Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Western Visayas and provinces of Marinduque and Romblon. Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will prevail over the rest of Luzon. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over the rest of the country.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Luzon and Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southeast to southwest with slight to moderate seas.
