PNP Chief fumes mad over reports of drug user-cops

Manila, Philippines - Police Director Gen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa admits that he is irritated with reports coming from the Philippine National Police Crime Laboratory that 20 cops have been confirmed to drug users.

According to Dela Rosa, he wants to strangle these cops and present them to media and the public to show much he detest them.

Dela Rosa added that these drug users’ cops should not remain in service because aside from violating the law, they are a disgrace to the whole organization.

In line with this, Dela Rosa has tasked all regional directors to make sure that all those in the anti-drug operation should have a clean record.

The newly appointed PNP Chief explained that he does not want to hear from anyone that the anti-drug operatives are using illegal drugs or that they recycle the confiscated illegal drugs from their operations.
