Pamatong files charges vs Duterte

Atty. Elly Pamatong, leader of the United States Allied Freedom Fighters of the East, has formally pressed charges against President Rodrigo Duterte at the International Criminal Court.

The said case stemmed amid Pamatong’s belief that President Duterte is behind the extra-judicial killings of those allegedly involved in illegal drugs activities.

According to Pamatong, President Duterte should be punished in court because he is responsible in killing more than two thousand people.

Pamatong compared the president to the late Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, who was executed after being found guilty of killing 148 Shi’ite Muslims.
