VATICAN - Pope Francis offered a prayer and lit a candle for countries undergoing turmoil, including the Philippines, specifically in Mindanao.
The countries that the Pope offered his prayers also included Syria, Nigeria and Ukraine.
Pope Francis is a known supporter of the world’s campaign for peace.
Prior to this, the Pope has called on the public to pray for the countries experiencing war and hopes that peace will reign in the whole world. CT: RH TVNews
