MANILA, Philippines - The State Weather Bureau has lifted all Tropical Storm signal warning in its 10 PM weather bulletin update #19 and advised the public that this is going to be its final weather advisory for Super typhoon "Lawin" (Haima, its International name)as this has successfully travelled outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
However, warnings on Sea travel is still up as it still posses high risks over the seaboards of Northern Luzon and the western seaboard of Central Luzon.
