Manila, PH - Some Senators were dismayed over the many conditions that Senator Alan Peter Cayetano was demanding, causing him the Senate President post.

According to incoming Senate Majority Leader Tito Sotto, unlike Senator Koko Pimentel, Cayetano had so many Do’s and Don’t’s in ex-change of their support for this Senate Presidency bid.

Sotto added that Pimentel did not present them with any condition, aside from being open to recommendations on who will be appropriate for the certain committee chairmanships.

The veteran Senator also said that he is confident that no one will be pulling out their support on Pimentel.

There are already 14 Senators who signed the resolution.

Meanwhile, Pimentel and incoming President Rodrigo Duterte will be meeting on Monday in Davao, to iron out the composition of the new leadership in the Senate.
