According to the newly-elected president, the mentioned amount is allocated as reward to whoever could arrest drug traffickers, alive or dead.
Duterte said the amount will be used in eliminating the 200 drug lords in the country.
Duterte announced that each drug lord has PhP5-million bounty, from its previous PhP3-million.
The incoming president added, the reward for lower categories to drug traffickers is three million pesos from its previous two million pesos.
The newly-elected president clarified that the money for the reward system came from the fund that he did not use during his campaign.
