In fact, the newly-elected president plans to execute atleast 50 convicts involved in notorious crimes every month especially drug lords.
Quezon Rep. Danilo Suarez said Duterte believes through the mentioned punishment that it will serve as warning against other similar heinous crimes in the country.
The representative declared that the 50 executions will only happen every month if ever the death penalty will be reimposed in the country through the help of Congress.
