The votes will mostly come from the Mindanao region, and another 400,000 from overseas absentee voters.
PPCRV command center operations head Ana de Villa-Singson said they were no longer expecting election returns (ERs) from several precincts in Lanao del Sur, Sulu, Northern Samar and Western Samar.
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) declared a failure of elections in these areas.
De Villa said special elections might be scheduled for Saturday (May 14).
For the overseas absentee votes, there were delays in transmission from Washington, Canada, Japan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
These votes are crucial for the tight vice presidential race.
An IT team from the Marcos camp set up a work station at the PPCRV command center after allegations of cheating.
They were given access to the mirror server.
Robredo keeps lead
As of posting time, data from the PPCRV showed vice presidential bet Rep. Leni Robredo leading with over 230,000 votes more than Sen. Bongbong Marcos.In Luzon, Marcos had over 2.5 million votes more than Robredo, based on 94 % of votes transmitted from the region.
In the Visayas, meanwhile, Robredo was leading with more than 2.2 million votes over Marcos.
In Mindanao, Robredo had the most votes with almost 83% already transmitted. Followed by Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano. Marcos came in third.
Overseas voters
As for the votes coming from overseas, some 120,000 had been tallied.Marcos was leading with more than 54,000 votes, followed by Cayetano with around 41,000 and Robredo with about 24,000.
Most of Marcos' votes were from Asia, particularly Singapore and China, the Middle East, and barely any votes from North and Latin America.
Robredo, meanwhile, had 6 percent of the votes from North and Latin America, where transmission was delayed.
The PPCRV said there were more than 260,000 registered voters from the United States and Canada, and more than 500,000 in the UAE.
The citizens' arm did not have the breakdown of voters' turnout in both countries.
