Manila Philippines - A 25-year-old Chinese national was arrested on Saturday for killing a Filipino transgender woman inside a condominium unit in Pasay City.

Suspect Tsai Che-yu, who had a hard time speaking English, related to police that victim Robert William Relley, 23, annoyed him for constantly asking for money.

The foreigner stabbed Relley in the neck and put inside a suitcase before dumping along Manila-Cavite Expressway (Cavitex) in Bacoor City, Cavite.

Police nabbed the suspect after he returned to the condominium unit to clean the victim’s bloodstain.
A copy of the footage of the closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera revealed that the two entered the condominium unit on Friday night.

The Chinese national left the unit alone during the wee hours of Saturday with a huge suitcase.
