NATION | PDEA nabbed Dureza’s relative in a buy-bust operation

MANILA - Members of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested the nephew of Presidential adviser on the Peace Process Jesus Dureza in an Anti-Drug Operations in Davao City.
The buy-bust operation was conducted in the house of John Paul Dureza in Catalunan Pequeno, in Davao.

Aside from Dureza, another suspect, identified as Jose Anthony Huilar was also arrested from the said buy-bust.

Authorities seized Php225, 000 worth of suspected Shabu (almost 15 grams), two rifle and bullets from the suspects.

According to PDEA Director Adzhar Albani, Dureza has been in their drug watch list.
The younger Dureza allegedly supplies illegal drugs to prominent families.

Presidential Adviser Dureza has confirmed through his Facebook account that John Paul is his nephew.
