The suspects, TJ Tagadaya Macabalang, Wendel Apostol Facturan and Musali Mustapha, allegedly members of the Maute Terror Group were immediately brought to the sala of Senior State Prosecutor Peter Ong.

Based on the submitted document of the Philippine National Police, signed by PCsupt. Ruel Obusan, acting director of the CIDG, the three will be facing violation of RA 9561 or the Illegal Possession of Explosives and violation of RA 10591 or the illegal possession of firearms and ammunition.
