Blackwater will be taking the first round pick. Phoenix is set to select second after acquiring rights from Star.
Ginebra can further shore up their already stacked lineup with the third pick following a trade with Phoenix. Mahindra and Star will take turns at the fourth and fifth picks.
As of writing, only Café France forward and national team trooper Carl Bryan Cruz is the only notable name in a bunch consisting of 17 aspirants.
Two Filipino-Americans in Ryan Arambulo and Rashawn McCarthy along with FBA Most Valuable Player Levi Hernandez are among the early applicants.
