The influential group INC has denied its alleged endorsement letter for presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte, this is in spite of the news from many of INC believers and members that their leaders have expressed support to the latter and call its members to support Duterte on May 9 polls.
According to the INC, the said letter stating an endorsement for the presidential candidacy of Duterte on May 9 elections is fake.
Due to the incident, INC spokesman Edwin Zabala warned that it may press charges against those reaponaibles in creating the fake document, with the signature of their minister, Ka Eduardo Manalo, urging his members to vote for Duterte.

Trillanes to Duterte: He do not have word of honor!
Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV on Monday called Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte a coward after the presidential candidate failed to send a waiver that would allow the opening of his bank accounts with the Bank of the Philippine Islands that allegedly has P2.4 billion in deposits.
"Walang silang ipinakita. Sinabi ko ito na ang aking affidavit. Sabi nila na pipirma sila ng waiver, wala silang dala... Talagang wala silang intensyon na pabuksan ito," Trillanes told Balitanghali in an interview after his brief meeting with Duterte's lawyer, Salvador Panelo, at the BPI Julia Vargas branch in Pasig City.
In admitting the existence of the bank account, Duterte said that he will agree to sign a waiver if Trillanes would execute a formal affidavit.
"Make a statement under oath. Write in there, saan, kailan nakuha ang info and for what purpose. File siya ng kaso, buksan ko 'yan," Duterte said last Thursday.
In the affidavit, which the senator shared to members of the media, Trillanes provided a copy of the summary of deposits in the accounts under the name of Duterte.
"I asked the help of accountants and finance specialists to tally and figure out just how much money was actually deposited and/or transferred into the subct bank accounts. Their final tally shows that a total of P2,407,272,103.75 flowed into the subject bank accounts from 2006 to 2015," the senator said in the affidavit.
The senator also disclosed in the affidavit that he got the information about Duterte's millions from a certain Joseph de Mesa.
"When everything checked out, I decided to go public with the information because I believe it is important for our people to know about the gross misrepresentation and pretentions perpetrated by Mayor Duterte that he is poor and he lives a simple life...," Trillanes said.
During the interview, Trillanes said that Panelo asked the BPI branch to produce the account balances of the accounts under the mayor's name.
He said he immediately left the bank after Panelo said that he was not authorized by Duterte to issue a waiver for the opening his bank accounts.
Trillanes added that the least the Duterte's camp could do was present a transaction history of the bank accounts to disprove his claim that the mayor has P2.4 billion in the bank accounts.
"Dito natin makikita na si Mayor Duterte ay matapang lang sa salita, pero sa katotohanan ay bahag ho ang kanyang buntot," he said.
He added: "Hindi niya na-dispute [ang mga akusasyon ko]. Kung mali ang aking accusation, puwede niya akong ora mismo na kasuhan. Siya po ang naduwag dito sa katotohanan."
Trillanes, who is running for vice-president and supports the candidacy of Sen. Grace Poe. said that voters who are rooting for Duterte should already think twice.
"Sa ating mga kababayan, sana po maliwanag na ho ito. Marami ho tayong mga kababyan na nalilinlang at sana ito ay senyales na ng kanilang pagmulat," he said.
Duterte has been leading in presidential preference surveys.
Double hearsay
In an interview outside the bank, Panelo downplayed the affidavit presented by Trillanes.
He also told reporters that the source of Trillanes' information about Duterte's supposed millions was "double hearsay."
He said that according to the senator's affidavit, he got the information from De Mesa who heard the information from another source.
Panelo told reporters that what he asked from the bank was a certification that the mayor's bank accounts do not contain millions.
The lawyer said that the bank told him the request was unusual, but promised to get back to him in seven days.

These included behavior standards, plus chores that would provide much needed help in the busy household while teaching accountability to kids with little previous training.
Some of the children may have balked at "Momma's Rules," thinking they were robbing them of fun or plessure - yet nothing would be further than the truth . Those standards allowed for the orderly household were both Momma and the children could find life enjoyable and peaceful.
Similarly, some look at the standards God set forth in the Bible as obstacles that prevent us from enjoying life. However , the boundaries God places actually protect us from our worst inclinations and foster healthy responses to Him.
In Ephesians 4, for example, Paul provides some guidance on how we should live. As we live by these and other loving instructions from God, we find protection and the opportunity for true, lasting joy.
Father, thank you for the boundaries of life that
protect us from sin and from ourselves. Give us the
wisdom and grace to respond gratefully to your Word
in areas of danger and temptation.

Melason calls DSWD’s action over rape remark against daughter
Actress-comedian Melai Cantiveros-Franciso is known for being witty but this time she showed her other side as a mom.
Melai appealed to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to take action regarding the alleged rape remark against her daughter by one of the supporters of presidential bet Rodrigo Duterte.
On her Instagram account, the actress-comedian posted:

A PLEA FOR PRAYER

Brethren, pray for us. - 2 Thessalonians 3:1
A missionary life recently visited the Bible study I was attending. She described what it had been like to pack up her household, part with friends, and relocate to a distant country. When she and her family arrived, they were greeted with flourishing drug-trade and hazardous roadways. The language barrier brought on bouts of loneliness. They contracted four different stomach viruses. And her oldest daughter narrowly escaped death after falling through a railing on an unsafe stairwell. They needed prayer.
The apostle Paul experienced danger and hardship as missionary. He was imprisoned, shipwrecked and beaten. It's no surprise that his letters contained pleas for prayer. He asked the believers in Thessalonica to pray for success in spreading the gospel - that God's words would "run swiftly and be glorified" (2 Thess. 3:1) and that God would deliver him from " unreasonable and wicked men" (v.2). Paul knew he would need to open [his] mouth boldly" and declare the gospel (Eph. 6:19), which was yet another prayer request.
Do you know people who need supernatural help as they spread the good news of Christ? Remember Paul's appeal, "Brethren, pray for us" (2 Thess. 3:1), and intercede for them before the throne of our powerful God.
Commit to pray and intercede -
The battle's strong and great's the need;
And this one truth can't be ignored:

Duterte to reveal BPI account on Monday

Davao City Mayor and Presidentiable Rodrigo Duterte said that he will reveal his alleged account at the Bank of the Philippine Island, J. Vargas Avenue branch in Pasig City, this coming Monday.
The said move is to prove that the said account does not have Php211 million in it.
In a radio interview today, Duterte’s lawyer Atty. Paola Alvarez confirmed that Duterte has agreed to open his bank records to prove his transparency.
The issue regarding Duterte’s alleged BPI account stemmed from an expose of Senator Antonio Trillanes IV, claiming that Duterte has undeclared funds of Php 211 million.
Alvarez was quoted saying that Duterte is opening his bank account to show that Senator Trillanes’ claim is not true. He has no Php211 million in his BPI bank account.
Meanwhile, aside from his promise to open his bank account, Duterte is also challenging Trillanes to submit an affidavit wherein the Senator will reveal how and where he was able to gather such information regarding Duterte.

Throughout my life, I've accumulated a lot of stuff. I have boxes of things that at one time were important but over time have lost their intrigue. And, as an unrepentant collector, I've realized that the thrill is in searching for and acquiring a new piece to add to the collection. Then my attention turns toward the hunt for the next item.
While we pile up many things that are important to us, very little of it is very precious. In fact, over time, I have learned that the most precious things in life are not material items at all. Rather, It's the people who have loved me and built into my life who are precious. When I find my heart saying, I don't know what I'd do without them," I know that they are indeed precious to me.
So when Peter refers to Jesus as "a chief cornerstone, elect, precious" (1 Peter 2:6), it should resonate in our hearts that He is truly precious - our prized possession above everything and everyone else. Where would we be today without the constant unfailing companionship of His faithful presence, wise and perfect guidance, merciful patience, comfort and transforming reproof? What would we do without Him? I can't even imagine!
Lord, help us not focus on fleeting treasures but on
You, our most precious treasure. Teach us the joy
of reveling in You and Your loving presence
and provision in our lives.
